How Keyholding and Alarm Response works - As an SIA/ACS accredited company in the sector of Keyholding, Inquest's Keyholding management team will conduct a brief meeting and site visit with each prospective client to discuss requirements. From this our experience and expertise will allow us to then give sound and reliable advice about which of our services would best meet your needs.
Should you choose to then use our services and appoint us as your primary key holder or to conduct one of our many mobile security solutions, we will then conduct a full site survey in order to devise a complete set of assignment instructions tailored to your property and business needs.
We will collect keys and issue you with a receipt before individually sealing and storing your keys in our coded and manned safe room, to which only SIA approved and fully trained and vetted staff members will have access.
When your intruder / burglar alarm activates, we are then informed of the alarm activation at your premises by your monitoring station, at which point we despatch one of our trained key holding and alarm response officers to attend immediately.
On arrival, a full external and internal patrol in conducted, with the location of the activation investigated, should the alarm activation be a false alarm, our officer will take full responsibility for not only ensuring your property is fully locked up and secured but will also ensure the intruder alarm is fully armed and monitored before leaving site.
In the event of a damage to the property, serious break in or issues with on site utilities (gas, electric, water) we will carry out the pre arrnaged operational service agreements that will be in place for each eventuality, again this will be tailored to your needs. Our suppliers are fully accredited locksmiths and boarding agents.
If necessary or required, we will arrange for any minor repairs to the property as per your instructions, be it boarding up of a small broken window or repairing damaged locks and doors.
Folllowing any attendance from our mobile security officers in the event of an alarm activation, a comprehensive written report will be issued to the nominated staff member.
